Space Overview

The Academic Mall is a long quarter-mile outdoor space split into seven grassy lots. It is ideal for festivals, fairs, and gatherings of all sizes seeking a wide open area.

Capacity

  • 600 guests
  • 1,400 guests when utilizing all seven sections

Half-Day Rate

  • $1,320
  • $2,310 for all seven sections

Full-Day Rate

  • $2,400
  • $4,200 for all seven sections

Note: Pricing reflects non-51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ external pricing. Internal 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ operations including Registered Student Organizations and departments receive separate lower rates.

Note: Outdoor spaces have trees and power boxes that take away from the space square footage. Consult with your event coordinator to understand the total land you have available to host your event.

Available Setup Options

Only 6’ rectangle tables, folding chairs, and a limited inventory of cocktail tables are available for outdoor use. All other seating desires will need to be rented. Please consult with your event coordinator your vision to ensure the best event experience possible.
