Event Coordination

The Student Union & Event Services team wants your entire event experience to be exceptional. Once a reservation has been made and depending on the scope of the event, we will connect internal and external clients to one of our event coordinators to help you plan, prioritize, schedule, and make your event a success.

Catering

Internal and external clients interested in having catering at their event may contact 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Eats. Their team provides a wide selection of food, drink, and service options that can be customized for your event. This includes hot breakfast, buffets, served meals, snacks, boxed lunches, hors d'oeuvres, and bar service. If food trucks will be present at your event, these will need to be coordinated through 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Eats. To get started, please check out their .

Note: 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Eats catering is not required at events but is strongly suggested to simplify your event planning experience. If catering is provided by you for your guests at your event, it should be available for free. If the sale of food will occur, your event coordinator will work with you to receive a temporary food establishment permit from the Southern Nevada Health District.

Equipment

Student Union & Event Services provide a wide variety of seating options and audio visual equipment. Please express with as much detail your vision to your Event Coordinator so they may be able to build the best event experience for you and your guests as possible. You can bring your own equipment to your event if you desire; however, our technical services staff does not provide assistance with equipment brought in by clients and your equipment must be able to be independent from our own.

Parking

Parking permits are required weekdays throughout the calendar year. Parking passes or reserved parking spots can be organized by your Event Coordinator. If seeking two hours or less of parking, guests may park in pay spots located across campus. Visit 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Parking for rates, enforcement hours, and parking locations.
