Marketing Opportunities

Marketing Tables

Marketing tables allow you to meet our campus community face-to-face and display your information or products. Tables can be set on Student Union Main Street, outside on Valerie Pida Plaza, or outside on the SU Courtyard

Table Tents

Place an ad for your events and programs on our table tents. Table tents are situated on dining tables throughout the Student Union food court.

Requirements
  • 150 single-sided 4x6 inch copies (client must provide printed materials)
  • Will run Sunday through Saturday
  • Materials must be dropped off at our 314/315 suite in the Student Union by 5 p.m. the Friday before the marketing campaign is to begin
  • Materials, unless recycled, must be picked up by 5 p.m. the Wednesday after from our 314/315 suite in the Student Union

TV Ads

Post a digital ad on our large 55-inch screens to advertise your event, product, or program. Screens are located throughout the Student Union to help your message reach students, faculty, staff, and community members.

Requirements
  • 1920x1080 pixels/16:9 ratio .jpeg photo file (client must provide digital file)
  • File must be provided by 5 p.m. the day before the start of the marketing campaign

Elevator/Restroom Ads

Showcase information in a large 18x24 inch framed display that is strategically located within each elevator and restroom location to help promote your event, product, service, or organization.

Requirements
  • 18x24 inch posters (client must provide printed materials)
  • Will run Sunday through Saturday
  • Materials must be dropped off at our 314/315 suite in the Student Union by 5 p.m. the Friday before marketing campaign is to begin
  • Materials, unless recycled, must be picked up by 5 p.m. the Wednesday after from our 314/315 suite in the Student Union

Banners

Choose between indoor over our Student Union Food Court or outdoor over the Valerie Pida Plaza. Go big with the largest marketing space we have available to give your message maximum exposure.

Requirements
  • Indoor banners up to 5x6 feet in size (client must provide printed materials)
  • Outdoor banners up to 3x15 feet in size (client must provide printed materials)
  • Will run Sunday through Saturday
  • Materials must be dropped off at our 314/315 suite in the Student Union by 5 p.m. the Friday before marketing campaign is to begin
  • Materials, unless recycled, must be picked up by 5 p.m. the Wednesday after from our 314/315 suite in the Student Union

Coupon Book and Vendor Village Opportunities

The 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Coupon Book and Vendor Village are commonly offered as a marketing opportunity bundle for a reduced rate. Please note that both have separate deadlines. For packages, pricing, and more information, email eventsales@unlv.edu or call 702-895-4449.

Coupon Book Details

The Coupon Book is provided at the Student Union Information Desk and at our Vendor Village near the start of the fall semester. The design needs to be 5 x 2 inches in black and white and include the offer, business address, contact information, and expiration date of the coupon. You may feature up to three coupons in the book with the price varying depending on the number you select. You may provide your own design or you can request to have our award-winning student graphic designers design your coupon for an additional fee. 

Vendor Village Details

The Vendor Village allows you to interact and market in person with 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ students on a selected date during the semester. Vendor Village typically takes place outside on Valerie Pida Plaza (weather permitting) or inside our Student Union Ballroom.

The base participation price will get you the following:

  • One 6 x 2 foot table
  • Two chairs
  • One parking pass

Additional tables, chairs, parking passes, and electricity are available for an additional fee.
