Traditional On-Campus Residence Hall Living

Live in the heart of campus in our traditional residential experience in 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ owned and operated residence halls. 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ offers on-campus housing for traditional first-year students, all students seeking a traditional campus experience, and for students who meet the criteria for the First-Year Housing Requirement. 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ is committed to filling the residence halls first, and to providing a first-year experience to students.

Apartment-Style Living for Upper Class Students

Enjoy the perks and convenience of living on our campus as you reside at U District, an official university-affiliated housing partner (university-affiliated housing partners operate under separate lease requirements from 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ). U District, a student community tailored for upperclassmen, consists of two communities: The Degree, which offers brand new high-end apartments and finishes, and Legacy LV, which offers affordable and spacious apartments.
