State of the University: Expansion of student body is the vision

51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ President Keith Whitfield delivered his annual State of the University Address on Thursday.

The President of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, Dr. Keith E. Whitfield, delivered his State of the University address where he talked about the challenges higher education is facing and the challenges he thinks 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ is ready to handle.

A date for 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ's State of the University address has been announced. On Monday, the university shared that President Keith E. Whitfield will deliver the address on Thursday, February 2.

The Nevada Board of Psychological Examiners lists 1,932 licensed psychologists serving the state’s 3 million residents, which is significantly below the national average of 31 psychologists per every 100,000 residents, according to the American Psychological Association.
