Samantha Godbey (Libraries) is the recipient of the 2023 Outstanding Library Faculty Service Award. Godbey is active in service and leadership opportunities both nationally and at 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ. She served as the Libraries’ senior senator on the 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Faculty Senate, vice-chair and chair of the Association of College & Research Libraries’ Education and Behavioral Sciences Section (EBSS), and chair of the EBSS Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Task Force. She was also a member of the ACRL Instruction Section Inclusive Pedagogy Committee and served as the education subject editor for Resources for College Libraries, a list of core titles for undergraduate study.
