What is Rebel Success Hub?

Rebel Success Hub (RSH) is a student success platform powered by Salesforce and designed to help advisors, faculty, and campus leaders support student retention, progression, and completion. It offers tools for communication, case management, cross-campus referrals, and enhanced workflows. The platform also uses predictive analytics based on 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ’s data to identify and support at-risk or off-path students.

Background

At 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ, we are committed to transforming how we support our students as part of our Top Tier initiative. Our goal is to create an environment that drives student success - by improving retention and graduation rates, reducing time-to-degree, and helping students achieve their academic, personal, and professional goals. RSH is a key tool in this effort. By offering a comprehensive, 360-degree view of each student’s progress and integrating data from departments across campus, RSH empowers faculty, advisors, and staff to deliver more proactive, personalized support - ensuring students stay on track.

Highlights

Rebel Success Hub provides 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ with a multifaceted tool to help staff support students in the following ways:

  • Advisee Case - a detailed, centralized view of an individual student’s academic progress and advising history.
  • Reports - filtered list views for outreach and analysis (e.g., students in major X, with GPA X, X–X credits complete, and missing course X).
  • Activity Analytics - visual reports show how staff time is spent on student appointments, supporting accountability and resource planning.
  • Alerts - an early warning and referral system lets authorized users flag student concerns, making them visible to relevant staff for timely support.
  • Service Cases and ASK Queue - students can submit questions or requests to their advising center or other offices and receive timely responses.
  • Form Entries - students and staff can submit and track forms, documentation, or program revision requests for processing.
  • Communication - staff can send emails to individuals or groups of students to streamline outreach.
