Get To Know This Resident
Why did you choose the obstetrics and gynecology residency program at the Kirk Kerkorian School of Medicine at 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ?
I was fortunate enough to rotate here during my fourth year as a sub-intern and felt right at home from the beginning. The residents made me feel welcomed and like a valued member of the team. I was genuinely excited to go to work everyday while I was here. I am also a military resident, and I was looking for a program that was as much civilian as military, if not more.
What are your interests within obstetrics and gynecology?
I genuinely enjoy all aspects of OB-GYN, but my interests lie in providing care to the underserved community.
What is your favorite thing to do in Las Vegas?
I love going to new restaurants with my husband. The food scene in Las Vegas is phenomenal and recommendations from locals never disappoint.
What is one fun fact about you?
I recently had 16 stitches in my scalp.
