Reservations for Fall 2025 through Summer 2026 (August 25, 2025 through August 23, 2026) are now open for the following Student Union and Event Services managed spaces:
- Student Union (Small/Medium Meeting Rooms, Ballrooms, Philip J Cohen Theater)
- Outdoor Spaces (Academic Mall, WRI Lawn, Pioneer Lawn, Rose Garden, Pida Plaza, Alumni Amphitheater, SU Courtyard)
- Non-Academic Use General Purpose Classrooms
- Equipment Loans, Checkouts and Rentals
- Marketing in the Student Union

Please note that if you are representing an RSO, you will need to be listed as your organization’s scheduling liaison in the Involvement Center to receive your account credentials. A copy of user guidelines will be sent with credentials to provide support when navigating the system and guide videos are available here: .
Please note that submitting your reservation increases the likelihood of reserving the dates/spaces requested, but does not guarantee them, as we will be reviewing for adequate flip times between reservations. Additional correspondence will take place if dates/spaces are not available and alternatives may need to be discussed.
