Designed to help emerging leaders expand their knowledge and understanding of leadership roles at the university, the 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Leadership Pathways program offers an opportunity for participants to engage in hands-on leadership building activities that provide a unique glimpse of university operations, leadership styles, and decision-making skills.
The program is a two-semester program, beginning in the fall and continuing through the spring semester. Participants are expected to commit four to eight hours per month, including seminar attendance, meetings with mentors, and work on special projects, including a Personal Action Plan to help participants apply the lessons learned in the program to continue their leadership journey after the program concludes.
