51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ

It’s the first program of its kind in Nevada as the Clark County Coroner’s office teamed up with 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ to begin a forensic fellowship program. The approval process for the program took more than a year to complete as the national accreditation will help fill an important void in the medical field.

The ‘Down Syndrome Program’ is a new program at 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ, aimed to help those with intellectual disabilities and their families.

In honor of her late brother, a professor in the school of medicine at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas is pioneering a program to help families of people with Down syndrome coordinate all aspects of their medical care.
