William Speer (Mathematics Learning Center) recently gave a presentation at the Annual Conference of the Research Council on Mathematics Learning (RCML) in Dallas. His presentation was on innovations of the 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Mathematics Learning Center and the nature, design, and promise of the Corequisite Mathematics initiative for student success in transitioning Gateway mathematics requirements. RCML is a professional organization that he helped establish 49 years ago at Kent State University. The 50th anniversary conference will be hosted at 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ next year in March.
