Sue Fawn Chung (History) has been working on the Stanford University Chinese Railroad Workers Project and recently attended a workshop at the Academia Sinica in Taipei, Taiwan, where she presented a paper on Chinese railroad workers in Nevada. She also attended their anthropology workshop, where she headed a panel and commented on papers on archeological projects in Nevada and Utah connected with Chinese railroad workers. The next conference will be held in Guangdong, China.
