Sean Neiswenter, Momilani Tupu (both Life Sciences), Chad Cross (Epidemiology & Biostatistics), and two colleagues from the Clark County office of the coroner and medical examiner published the article in the Journal of Forensic Sciences. This study examined the presence of THC/COOH-THC in decedents before and after legalization of recreational marijuana in Nevada. The results provide valuable insight on the use of toxicological data from decedents as a method for surveying marijuana use by the general public. Tupu is an undergraduate.
