Neil Opfer (Civil and Environmental Engineering) has been named a Fellow of the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering International. A selective and prestigious honor, the designation is in recognition of his professional attainment and significant accomplishment in cost management or cost engineering. He will be officially presented the award at the organization's annual meeting this month. His areas of expertise include construction management; estimating and cost analysis; construction methods and materials; mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems; and construction law and forensics.
