Billy Bai, James Busser, and Lenna Shulga (all Hotel) recently received the Best Paper Award by the West Federation Council on Hotel, Restaurant and Institutional Education (CHRIE) for their article on the willingness to participate in consumer-generated advertisement and its effect on loyalty. The group was honored at the 2017 West Federation CHRIE Regional Conference in February.
