Dr. Elissa J. Palmer (Medicine), professor and chair of the Department of Family and Community Medicine, has been awarded a Certificate of Added Qualifications in Health Care Administration, Leadership, and Management. The American Board of Medical Specialties approved this new subspecialty. Palmer met all criteria and passed the inaugural national certifying examination.
