Darrell W. Pepper (Mechanical Engineering) won the 2012 American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA) Energy Systems Award. He received the award at a luncheon that took place in conjunction with the 11th International Energy Conservations Engineering Conference in Atlanta. Pepper was honored for his sustained development of novel computational modeling techniques related to new advanced energy concepts with exemplary innovations in research, education and consulting.
