In this interactive 30-minute session, we’ll dive into the science of gratitude and how to bring it into your daily life. You’ll also have the chance to pause, reflect, and take part in a short gratitude journaling or reflection activity.

In this session, you’ll learn:

  • The mental and physical health benefits of gratitude
  • Easy ways to practice gratitude in your routine
  • A guided gratitude activity to help you reset and refocus
