Based on feedback from the campus community, Planning and Construction, in collaboration with Business Affairs and Purchasing and Contracts, is updating the process for furniture procurement, installation, and warranties.

Colleges, units, and departments may now independently procure furniture, warranties, and installation services for furniture needs outside of an active construction or renovation project managed by 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Planning and Construction (i.e. needs for new furniture in an existing building not being renovated). This change in approach applies to non-public facing areas of 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ buildings and facilities (i.e. private offices and other areas not accessible or visible to the general public). 

Alternatively, the college, unit, or department may request these services from 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Planning and Constructions by submitting a . Visit the Interiors: Furniture, Fixtures, and Finishes section of the Planning & Construction website for more information.
