HRPD Series: Leading Change (5-Part Blended Learning Series)

This series will equip supervisors and managers with the knowledge and strategies to discern and navigate change within their organizations and teams effectively. Each session will provide clear guidance on tools and techniques that can build supervisors' confidence and support their team members through transitions. By the end of the series, supervisors will have practical skills to lead change with confidence and clarity.
