Are you interested in sharing your expertise, facilitating a conversation, or leading a hands-on workshop with your 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ colleagues? The Teaching & Learning Commons is excited to announce a new initiative designed to spotlight and support faculty-led learning opportunities.
We are now welcoming proposals from faculty and instructional staff who would like to lead sessions on teaching practices, educational technology, inclusive pedagogy, or any topic that fosters reflection, innovation, or community in teaching.
Host Your Event in Our Commons Spaces
We offer two flexible, centrally located venues to support your session:
-
BEH 240 – TLC Conference Room
A spacious, hybrid-ready room (seats ~40) ideal for workshops, panels, and presentations. -
BEH 235 – TLC Faculty Lounge
A comfortable, informal space best suited for roundtable discussions, book clubs, or intimate learning groups.
Whether you have a fully formed idea or just a seed of one, we’re here to help. Our team can assist with shaping your event, setting up the space, and handling promotion and RSVPs.
