In your opinion, what is a key offering from the MIB department that contributes to the success of 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ graduates?
For me, the most meaningful part of the MIB department is the connection. I’ve seen how students thrive when they truly get to know each other and the faculty. Groups like the 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ AMA chapter create that space—where friendships form, ideas grow, and students feel supported not just academically, but as people. That kind of community makes all the difference. And what really sets us apart is that our faculty aren’t just academics—they’re deeply connected to the Las Vegas business world and bring real, practical experience into the classroom. That kind of community and real-world insight makes all the difference.
What advice would you give to students as they navigate their academic and professional journeys?
My biggest advice? Don’t go it alone. Build real connections—find mentors, ask questions (even the ones you’re nervous to ask), and learn from the people around you. You’d be surprised how many are ready to help if you just reach out. And don’t forget to celebrate your accomplishments, big or small. Recognize your growth—you’re doing more than just checking boxes; you’re building something meaningful. Also, now is the time to try out your resilience, put that idea into practice, and work hard. You are young, energetic and have nothing but to gain down the line.
Beyond your professional work, what are some of your personal passions or interests?
I like watches so I built my own Swiss-made designated watch brand. I wear my own watch.
